We are open for business with many new procedures to keep us all as safe as possible.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED to cover the mouth and nose at all times in the building.  
Please do not remove or pull your mask down for ANY reason.

CLOTH OR MEDICAL MASKS ONLY
No bandanas, neck gaitors, valve masks, scarves, or face shields (alone) allowed.

Appointments only, no walk-ins.
PLEASE STAY HOME if you or anyone in your household has been exposed to Covid, or had these symptoms in the last 2 weeks (that are unrelated to a known condition): fever, cough, shortness or breath, headache, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, muscles aches, flu like symptoms, or any symptoms of a respiratory illness..
